Each session with each individual looks different, I offer highly individualised & person centred practice so as a result this description section may not be relevant to anyone specifically. As a broad indication you can expect to be validated & have a safe space held for you as you journey through where ever it is that you want to go, this could be professional practice, parenting, starting study again, dating, overcoming illness or mental health issues, getting your life back after leaving yourself behind for too long........... The only limit is your belief in yourself & I will cheer you on until that is strong! If you have read about me on the site you will know I am a registered social worker, yoga teacher, meditation & mindfulness facilitator. I have special interest in self-care, positive psychology & blend these with spiritual practice, yoga philosophy, ancient wisdom.
