Whether you are looking for a grief & loss counsellor or an individual yoga session this is a great place to get the ball rolling & start your journey to wellness. It can be really daunting when you are seeking someone to support you on your journey & this option comes with no strings attached, simple to see if I am a good fit for you. I can also offer referral options should we discover I cannot provide what you are seeking. You have nothing to lose with this option. Suitable for all services; Supervision, coaching & support. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will incur a 50% charge for less than 1 full business day notice. There are no refunds for missed or 'no show' appointments. You will be sent a link to book a tele-health appointment upon receipt of your payment. Appointments are available Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays 10-4pm. Alternate hours can be arranged upon request.
