Purpose of Supervision: Supervision is a purposeful professional relationship to develop & reflective & reflexive capabilities of a social worker, and to support the development of their professional identity & progression. The supervisor recognises the practitioner as a lifelong learner, promotes ethical & evidence based approaches to practice while fostering a deep sense of trust & safety which is at the heart of professional supervision & and the development of therapeutic wisdom.
I am a certified Supervisor with PACFA & have been offering Clinical Supervision to Social Workers through various modalities for a number of years. Which ever your preferred practice approaches & theories, your professional goals or wish list we can work together to build your practice, broaden your skill set, strategise your professional development & ensure ethical delivery for your clients.
